Mike Jones grew up in Louisville and attended Trinity High School, Tulane University and the University of Kentucky. Mike majored in Landscape Architecture and has applied his love of the land to careers in landscape contracting, tree farming, property management, construction, land development and marketing. For the last 18 years, he has focused on single-family neighborhood land development and marketing in Oldham and Jefferson Counties. He is married to Suzie Jones and they have two sons, Grant and Clark.

Signature Green Properties LLC was formed in 2013 to develop, manage, and market an existing portfolio of exclusive single-family neighborhoods located in the east and northeast areas of Jefferson County, Kentucky and in Goshen in Oldham County, Kentucky. The forging of the experience and skill set of G. J. Hart (CEO of California Pizza Kitchen), Dr. John Rhodes (retired cardiologist and experienced real estate investor), and Mike Jones (Real Estate Developer) has produced a partnership and team approach to development at Signature Green Properties.
